How long does my project take?

From first contacting us to receiving your final beautiful images; how long does it really take? We can give you a guide of how long a project would generally take. The timeframe shown will use an abstract new build development requiring up to 5 external images and 5 internal images. Of course if you need a rush job we can review the timeline with you to try and speed up the process!

  1. STEP ONE: Introduction and receiving your brief - 1 week.

In our initial consultation we will ask you questions to understand exactly what you need including how many images and what you are trying to achieve. Key things to bear in mind are the view or camera angle that you wish to have. Also what kind of product do you want, still image, video or VR? Is this work for advertising or promotional material? What kind of furnishing do you require in the space? Ideally if you can share some building plans and precedent images we can mark these up together to confirm a lot of this. We will set you up with your own profile login, where you will receive the latest work issued to you.

  2. STEP TWO: Creating first drafts - 1 week.

Once we have your brief we will produce a set of mock up CGI mages. These will have little to no materials and allow us to confirm the location and angle and that we are capturing the views that you wish. You will notice these rendered images might be lower resolution rendering for speed. We want to avoid wasted time so it is worth getting this exactly right from the beginning and we will share these through your profile page.

  3. STEP THREE: Developing and populating - 1-2 weeks.

Now the real work starts as we take the virtual 3D model work we have developed and populate the CGI images with furniture, finishes and fittings exactly as you wish. We find there is usually a back and forth here which is why we have developed our commenting function within your profile. Here you will be able to see the latest CGI images and comment on them to refine exactly what you want. CGI images will still be lower resolution renders to allow us to issue them to you easily through your profile. After 2-3 rounds of comments we will get your final sign off on the images.

  4. STEP FOUR: Issuing final images! - 1 Week

Now that the final rendered images are signed off we need to do some small adjustments to get them just right before publishing the higher resolution CGI images for you to use for your project. And thats it!

Can be 4+ weeks from initial discussions to completion
